February is the ideal time to focus on self-love and self-compassion. This month is all about nourishing the most important relationship you’ll ever have: the one with yourself. 💖

I’m excited to share some of my favorite self-care practices to help you cultivate self-love and find peace within. ☮️

3 Ayurvedic Products That Have Transformed My Self-Care Routine

Self-care is a daily practice, and Ayurvedic yoga and self-care are my go-to methods for staying grounded and nourished. There are three Ayurvedic products I use every day that have been a game-changer in my routine. 🌸

What I love most is how simple these products are to incorporate into daily life—yet their impact on mind, body and soul is profound.

If you're looking to elevate your self-care routine and experience the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda, I highly recommend giving these a try!

Loving-Kindness Meditation: A Daily Ritual for Self-Compassion

One of my favorite self-love practices is Metta (Loving-Kindness) Meditation. Not only does it open your heart to greater compassion for others, but it also enhances your kindness toward yourself. ✨

Here’s how to get started with this meditation.

  • Find a quiet space and close your eyes or keep them open with a soft gaze.
  • Tune into your breath, bringing your awareness to each inhale and exhale.
  • Repeat the following phrases (silently or out loud) while thinking of yourself, a loved one and someone you don’t know well.

    For yourself:
May I be happy. May I be peaceful and at ease. May I be well.

    For someone close to you:
May they be happy. May they be peaceful and at ease. May they be well.

For someone you don’t know well:
May they be happy. May they be peaceful and at ease. May they be well.
